Option 2: Configuring proxy in Firefox browser Then go to Advanced -> Proxies -> SOCKS proxy and provide localhost in address and port 8000 (or what you provided during tunnel creation). Mac : Go to System Preferences -> Network, select the network you are connected to (WiFi or USB tethered network).
